Conversations

A 1hr facilitated and interactive conversation for a small group or large gathering talking with each other about why personal values matter, where they show up in alignment with work and life, and how to bring who we are to what everything we do. Perfect for lunch and learns, kick-off meetings, or intimate evening events.

Workshops

These 3hr workshops can be stand-alone or incorporated into events, retreats, or meetings. We offer interactive and in-depth group facilitation on the topics of personal Values + Vision + Mission, Energy + Boundaries, or Goals + Priorities. Women leave feeling empowered, connected, and ready to take action in the nexxt step of their journey.

Groups

Our 6 session group program is the heartbeat of everything we do. This powerful and comprehensive offering is designed for women to indiviually develop personalized tools that build the elements of their path that guide their plan and will last a lifetime. You will gain the clarity, confidence, and community to take their nexxt step (or leap!) We offer all-virtual, in-person, or hybrid programs.

Amy Robinson

I have worked with and advocated for women for over 20 years as an entrepreneurship consultant and strategic planning facilitator around the world. I founded NEXXT after my organization and movement, Tribe of Women, listened, researched, and affirmed that when women support women, we thrive. I look forward to connecting and exploring your nexxt step, together.

If you ask us why we’re part of NEXXT, we’ll tell you it is because we get to show up as who we are and do what we do well. Jenn, our VP of GSD, keeps us organized, moving, and present on social media. Juliana, Chief Why Officer, makes sure we’re thinking about all of the things and staying aligned with our purpose. Ganelle, Development Director extraordinaire, is reaching women where they are, so we can get you where you want to be nexxt.
